Our Battle Plan for the Corona Virus

I.   FAST – 2Chronicles 20:1-4

“Some men came and told Jehoshaphat ‘a vast army is coming against you.’ Alarmed Jehoshaphat resolved to inquire of the Lord, and He proclaimed a fast for all of Judah.  The people of Judah came together to seek help from the Lord.

II.  PRAY – 2Chronicles 20:9 (Jehosaphat’s Prayer)

“If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgement, or plague, or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your name and will cry out to you in our distress and you will hear us and save us.” 

III.  TRUST AND STAND FIRM IN THE FAITH – 2Chronicles 20:15-17,20

“For the battle is not yours but God’s.  Stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you.  Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld.”

IV.  GIVE THANKS AND PRAISE GOD – 2Chronicles 20:21,26

“Sing to the Lord and praise Him for the splendor of His Holiness.  Give thanks to the Lord for His love endures forever.”
